The Quality Technician provides support to the Quality Management System, the certified operator program, inspection, and internal special processes (except FPI).

• Initiate, source, and review inspection and product release, including reviewing customer purchase orders and specifications for compliance as part of the DSQR/Product Release Agent.
• Administer the certified operator/inspector program – training, testing and auditing.
• Investigate and document certified operator findings and issue corrective actions and written reports.
• Perform administrative duties of Central Quality: RMD data entry, MRB data entry, router changes, drawing and specification review, and quality record retention.
• Disposition and submit MRB customer submittals and supplier returns.
• Support SPC data collection and review.
• Conduct internal process audits.
• Support special processes.
• Perform other duties as required to meet business needs.

• High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution, plus 2 years related experience.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office Suite).

• Associate’s degree in a technical field.
• Experience with ISO
  9001 or AS9100 QMS standards.
• Advanced data analysis skills using Excel and/or Minitab.
• Knowledge and experience with quality tools such as CAPA, six‑sigma, lean manufacturing, PPAP, FMEA, problem‑solving techniques, root‑cause analysis.

• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States; verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
