Supplier Quality Engineer

Job Description

As a Supplier Quality Engineer at Honeywell, you will support supplier quality assurance activities to ensure our suppliers meet Honeywell’s quality standards and requirements. You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to monitor, analyze, and improve supplier performance and product quality. The position is located in Northford, CT and is on-site.

• Support supplier quality assurance activities including audits, inspections, and quality data analysis.
• Assist in identifying and resolving supplier quality issues through root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and suppliers to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with Honeywell’s quality standards.

• 0–2 years of experience in supplier quality engineering or a related role.
• Basic knowledge of quality engineering principles and methodologies.
• Familiarity with root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
• Experience with quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, and 8D problem solving is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Internship or co‑op experience in supplier quality or manufacturing quality.
• Understanding of industry quality standards such as ISO 9001 or AS9100.
• Proactive problem‑solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
