Responsibilities- Assist in putting out catering for golf tournaments & events
Assist with preparation work for upcoming golf tournaments - Perform any general tasks as set forth by the Kitchen Manager
- Report any injuries, incidents, or issues to immediate supervisor
- Perform any prep up as needed based on prep guidelines & line set
- Receiving & putting away orders
- Maintaining a clean work area
- Preparation of all food items found on menu
- Check to ensure quality & freshness of foods on the line
- Knowledge & practice of basic sanitation procedures are required (will train the right person)
