Many of our leaders started in entry-level positions we believe in promoting from within as we continue to grow.
What You’ll Do- Prepare espresso drinks, specialty beverages, and café menu items
- Provide friendly, welcoming service to every guest
- Take and package orders for dine-in and takeout
- Maintain a clean, organized café environment
- Work as part of a team during busy service periods
- Help keep products stocked and the café running smoothly
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Eagerness to continue learning and growing in the role
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and comfortable interacting with guests
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry at least 25 pounds
Previous café or food service experience is a plus, but not required.
ScheduleWe are currently seeking candidates with full-time availability. Scheduling is flexible and may include mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays.
