Location: Mashantucket
Waterford Hotel Group is seeking a Cook to prepare large volumes for events and support the a la carte kitchen. You will read food tickets, banquet event orders, and assist the Executive Chef with inventory and food prep.
Knowledge of sanitation, nutrition, and allergen controls is essential. Responsibilities include maintaining stocked prep areas, timely meal production, and adherence to health and safety guidelines.
