Job Overview

General Manager at Domino's Pizza is responsible for all store operations, including cost control, inventory management, cash handling, staffing, training, customer relations, and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.

• Oversee all aspects of daily store operations and shift management
• Control costs, inventory, and cash and ensure accuracy
• Set a positive example and enforce 100% compliance with all policies and procedures
• Staff scheduling and performance management
• Maintain store cleanliness, food safety, and the overall store image
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer issues
• Handle marketing initiatives and analyze profitability

• Operate all equipment, including ovens and refrigeration units
• Stock ingredients, prepare product, and receive and process telephone orders
• Keep accurate inventory records and complete associated paperwork
• Clean equipment and facilities daily
• Receive orientation and on‑the‑job training
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills
• Ability to perform basic math and accurately provide monetary change
• Use computer keyboards or touch screens for order entry

• Standing, walking, and occasional climbing required during shop and delivery work
• Lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds (e.g., delivery cases, pizza dough trays)
• Frequent reach, squat, and bend motions while assembling pizza and stocking shelves
• Exposure to varying weather conditions, hot surfaces, fumes, and cornmeal dust

• Varying in‑store temperatures from 36 to 90 degrees Fahrenheit
• Adverse weather when performing outside tasks or making deliveries
• Potential exposure to food odors, fumes, and airborne dust

• Deliver product to customers by vehicle during assigned routes
• Deliver flyers and door hangers as required

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Access to an insured vehicle for delivery
• Ability to navigate multi‑story buildings and tight delivery areas
• Strong navigational, communication, and multitasking skills
