• Guide high‑end clients through a premium sales experience.
• Create inspired spaces with world‑class furniture and décor.
• Curate luxury looks while earning uncapped commissions.
• Achieve or surpass store and individual sales goals, annual operating benchmarks, and personal objectives.
• Promote the in‑home design program.
• Oversee the interaction on the sales floor and evaluate team performance.
• Provide coaching, training, and support to sales teams to improve sales techniques and overall performance.
• Build a motivated and cohesive team, recognize achievements, address concerns, and promote a culture aligned with company values.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff to meet sales targets while fostering a positive work environment.
• Ensure the store and team consistently reflect the company’s brand image, values, and customer experience standards.
• Support company‑wide marketing initiatives and promotions.
• Resolve customer concerns and issues that may interfere with efficient sales operations.
• Collaborate with support teams to ensure flawless execution of operational excellence.
• Uphold brand visual standards in the store.

• Polished, persuasive, and ambitious.
• Passionate about modern aesthetics and premium materials.
• Obsessed with detail, service, and delivering the wow factor.
• Experienced in sales or retail; luxury experience is a major plus.
• High School or GED equivalent.
• 1‑3 years in a retail sales emphasis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, financial understanding, adept interpersonal communication, analytical abilities, goal orientation, team management, and customer service.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred:
  Experience managing in a retail environment with strong sales focus; strong business acumen; advanced interpersonal and communication skills; experience building effective relationships.
