Rhino-Back Roofing is a fast-growing residential roofing company generating $35M+ annually across Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Western Massachusetts. As we expand our Connecticut Field Marketing team, we’re looking for driven, competitive individuals who want to break into sales and build a high‑income career.

This role is your launchpad into six‑figure roofing sales. No high‑pressure sales. Your role is simple: have great conversations and book quality appointments.

• Offer free roof inspections
• Set qualified appointments for our sales team
• Participate in daily coaching, scripts, and ride‑alongs to improve
• Attend paid weekly sales training program (proven system)
• Train with the team twice a week in Simsbury, CT

• No prior sales experience required – full training is provided
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
