Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related screening procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities;
Screen employees, visitors, packages, and/or personal belongings at designated access points in accordance with site procedures and reporting guidelines;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed;
Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or authorized access, and report suspicious, prohibited, or unusual items and behaviors;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, noting security-related concerns, access control issues, and/or operational disruptions
