Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a shelter location;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, common areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter to deter unwanted activity;
Monitor access points and observe daily activity within the location to support orderly operations and document incidents;
Complete routine reports and maintain detailed activity logs related to patrols, incidents, policy concerns, and/or emergency events in accordance with Allied Universal standards and site requirements;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, including de-escalating conflicts and reporting concerns to site leadership when needed
