Plumbing Technician - Residential & Commercial

Plumber

Job Purpose:

This person will Diagnose, Service and Maintain, repair all residential and commercial plumbing systems including malfunctioning appliances and water heaters, broken pipes, and clogged drains. Rough plumbing installation experience is a plus. Sewer and drain cleaning experience is a plus. HVAC and electrical experience is a plus. Must be able to access confined spaces and work during inclement weather.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• 3 years field experience minimum
• Weekend and Overtime availability
• Time management

• Diagnose, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems

Job Purpose:

This person will Diagnose, Service and Maintain, repair all residential and commercial equipment such as A/C units, heat pumps, FAUs, wall mount units, ductless split systems. Must have extensive knowledge of repair of oil, electric, and gas heaters. Plumbing and electrical experience is a plus.

• Valid driver's license
• 3 years field experience minimum

Job Purpose:

This person will Diagnose, Service and Maintain, repair all residential and commercial wiring, equipment and fixtures. Ensure that all work is in accordance with relevant codes. May install or service such equipment such as: street lights, low voltage and electrical control systems. Generator and transfer switch experience is a plus. Off grid electrical systems experience is a plus. Rough electrical installation experience is a plus.

HVAC and plumbing experience is a plus.

• Journeyman level experience (Minimum 5 years)
• Valid drivers license
