Location: Maromas
Schedule and Working Hours
3rd Shift position (5x8), Sunday–Thursday 11:15p.m.–7:00a.m.
Responsibilities- Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment.
- Assist higher‑level technicians with troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.
- Maintain fluid levels, change filters, document and analyze fluid usage, operate and maintain fluid filtration equipment.
- Proactively conduct basic equipment maintenance such as turnarounds, clean robot booths, remove swarf build‑up, remove grinding grit and fragments, empty and clean oil skimmers, clean and service parts washers, and replace de‑ionized water bottles.
- Execute administrative maintenance tasks and paperwork, monitoring fluids, filters, and consumable inventories.
- Document work in SAP Maintenance Management Suite (CMMS) and utilize the shop floor Andon system.
- Operate PIVs, maintain inspection records, and follow safe work practices.
- Lift, push, pull, bend, squat, climb, stand, walk, and twist hands; work in a confined space; maintain forklift license.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED with post‑secondary education in maintenance, and/or 2–4 years of equivalent maintenance experience.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Basic mechanical and electrical skills with a desire to pursue a career in skilled trades.
- Familiar with OSHA and general safety practices.
- Technical aptitude in basic mechanics, rigging, hydraulics, pneumatics, vacuum systems, electrical, automation, and PLC/CNCs.
- Capability to safely work on electrical systems up to 480V (Electrical Safe Work Practices), instrumentation and control systems, and mechanical systems.
- MIG/TIG welding, fabrication, basic machining.
- Technical certifications or an associate’s degree in a maintenance‑related field.

Onsite:
