Electrician - Per Diem Franklin

Electrician - Per Diem Offered. Franklin, Maine. Trillium is hiring Licensed Journeyman Electricians to assist in the construction of a large utility solar field in Maine. The project will last 2-3 months and will involve a 1,200-acre utility-scale solar facility with approximately 300,000 panels, producing up to 100 MW of electricity. Workers will install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, ensuring all work complies with applicable codes.

Additional duties may include installing and handling panels, connecting underground conduit lines, and wiring from panels to a new substation. The position requires day shift Monday through Saturday, 10‑hour days.

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with applicable codes.
• Install and potentially handle panels as needed.
• Connect underground conduit lines and wire panels to a new substation.
• Perform related labor tasks, including general site construction work.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Wear all required PPE and bring necessary tools to the job.

• Licensed Journeyman Electrician in Maine or in a reciprocating state (, NH, ND, OR, VT, WY).
• Ability to pass all pre‑employment screens.
• Solid industrial/solar experience preferred.
• Willingness to perform manual labor.
• Ability to work outside in all elements.
• Must bring personal PPE and tools.

Pay is $55 per hour with a $150 per diem for all days, 7 days a week, for those who qualify.
