Join our team and experience endless career possibilities if you are an existing team member, please click the following link to be taken to the internal career site: mohegan internal career site position summary:this position is responsible for repairing and maintaining all upholstered materials, furniture and finishes.primary duties and responsibilities: includes but not limited to:repairs and maintains all upholstered materials, furniture and finishes secondary duties and responsibilities:responsible for all departmental logs, record keeping and labor recording pertinent to their day-to-day job duties assists other trades on tasks, as needed maintains a clean and safe work environment minimum education and qualifications:high school diploma or equivalent four years of upholstery, repair and replacement experience in lieu of previous work experience, two years of education in this field may be substituted competencies: incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:good written and verbal communication skills knowledge of the property layout including pits, sections and zone straining requirements:mandated safety classes proper use of tools and equipment required to complete job duties physical demands and work environment:must be able to work in a smoking environment as well as various weather conditions including extreme hot and coldmust be able to lift up to 50 lbs.must
