• Running residential plumbing service calls while treating customers and their homes respectfully
• Inspecting, diagnosing, replacing, and repairing pipes, leaks, toilets, water heaters, and more
• Clearly explaining service options to clients, answering any questions, and addressing any concerns
• Providing professional customer service and asking for reviews

• Connecticut plumbing license
• Desire to learn more and grow within the industry
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
