We are looking for a Lead HVAC Install Technician who brings:

• Licensing:
  Active Connecticut D-2 license (Required).
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 4 years of residential HVAC install experience, with at least 2 years directly leading or guiding an install crew.
• Trade Mastery:
  Solid, hands‑on knowledge of residential HVAC changeouts, duct transitions, safety standards, and system start‑ups.
• Professionalism:
  Clear communication, sharp problem‑solving skills, basic computer/tablet literacy, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.
