Forensic Navigator (Social Worker
2) - Supplement Eligible

Location:

Northcoast Behavioral Health, 1756 Sagamore Road, Northfield, Ohio 44067.

Compensation: $29.08 – $36.65 plus Retention Supplement.

Schedule:

Full‑time, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday.

Union: 1199.

• Act as liaison between the jail and NBH.
• Assess and assist in monitoring the status of inmates.
• Coordinate referrals and conduct follow‑ups.
• Maintain confidential files and handle sensitive information.
• Maintain documentation requirements in accordance with federal, state, local agencies, and accrediting bodies.
• Establish and maintain working relationships with outside agencies and facilities.
• Attend and participate in training sessions, department procedures, and policy review meetings.

Requires current license as independent social worker (i.e., LISW) issued by the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker & Marriage & Family Therapist Board. Exempt for those with at least two years of service as of July 10, 2014.
