Forensic Navigator (Social Worker
2) - Supplement Eligible
Location:
Northcoast Behavioral Health, 1756 Sagamore Road, Northfield, Ohio 44067.
Compensation: $29.08 – $36.65 plus Retention Supplement.
Schedule:
Full‑time, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday.
Union: 1199.
What you’ll do- Act as liaison between the jail and NBH.
- Assess and assist in monitoring the status of inmates.
- Coordinate referrals and conduct follow‑ups.
- Maintain confidential files and handle sensitive information.
- Maintain documentation requirements in accordance with federal, state, local agencies, and accrediting bodies.
- Establish and maintain working relationships with outside agencies and facilities.
- Attend and participate in training sessions, department procedures, and policy review meetings.
Requires current license as independent social worker (i.e., LISW) issued by the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker & Marriage & Family Therapist Board. Exempt for those with at least two years of service as of July 10, 2014.
