Embark on a fulfilling opportunity as a School Psychologist for the academic year, providing essential support for students across multiple schools. This is a full-time, in-person contract role serving a diverse K-12 caseload in a collaborative educational environment.
Responsibilities will include conducting assessments, delivering age-appropriate interventions, and working closely with faculty, parents, and administrators to promote students academic success and emotional well-being. Your expertise will play a key role in fostering a positive school climate district wide. You'll be based on-site throughout the contract, contributing to a culture of inclusivity and achievement.
Desired Qualifications &
Experience:
- Valid certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
- Prior experience working in educational settings, preferably across K-12 populations
- Strong assessment, intervention, and counseling skills
- Ability to develop IEPs and participate in team meetings
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, staff, and families
- Commitment to equity, confidentiality, and best practices in student support
- Availability for the full contract term (August 2026 June 2027)
- In-person availability required
Key Duties:
- Administer psychological and academic assessments for students district wide
- Interpret data and develop intervention strategies
- Consult with educators and families on student progress and needs
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention services
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary teams and IEP processes
- Maintain accurate and confidential records
