• Develop software requirements and designs within the Agile Framework, including decomposition of system‑level and customer interface requirements, documenting traceability, and conducting iterative prototype testing.
• Perform reviews of requirements and designs and produce requirement and design specifications.
• Perform software verification within the Agile Framework: conduct regression analysis, develop/review test descriptions with traceability, execute electronic bench test scripts, evaluate test results, conduct robustness and low‑level module/object testing, produce verification reports, and participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Participate in software planning, estimating and tracking; potential to serve as an Agile Scrum Master.

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)
• 5 years of engineering experience or 3 years with an advanced degree
• Controls systems development and support experience
• Solid track record of achieving results in a technical role
• Ability to work in a dynamic, high‑pressure engineering environment
• Prior experience developing software in an Agile framework
• Prior safety‑critical software development experience
• Knowledge of regulatory standards such as DO178B
• Outstanding cross‑discipline communication skills
• Familiarity with jet engine control and diagnostic system architectures and control logic design

Salary Range: $86,800 - $165,200 USD per year
