Job Title

Shipping Utility Equipment Operator

Tuesday – Saturday, 8:30 am start time.

• Pick up product from the staging area and unload onto rack shelving units, floor locations, or stack racks.
• Pick up product from rack shelving units, floor locations, or stack racks and unload onto the dock/bay area.
• Scan all merchandise accurately using an RF gun.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Ensure compliance with all safety programs while operating and when not operating material‑handling equipment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution‑center environment.
• Ability to operate a variety of industrial lift equipment and RF units.
• Ability to operate lift equipment such as order pickers.
• Strong communication skills – ability to receive, comprehend, and convey detailed instructions; reading and writing.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

• General understanding of distribution‑center operations.
• Experience using RF units for accurate product movement.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Technical knowledge of WMS (preferred).

• Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, twist, push, pull, climb, balance, crouch, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs without assistance.
• Move objects up to 250 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodations.
  
  Stand and walk continuously to perform job functions.
• Approx. 90% standing, walking, lifting, and arranging; 5% sitting; 5% desk or phone work.

Hourly pay $18.00 – $20.00 (based on experience).
