Collegian Mover/Driver Team Lead

We are looking for honest, hardworking individuals with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for customer service. Prior moving experience is helpful but not necessary. Training available. Grow into new opportunities.

As a Team Lead, you are the first point of contact for clients on the job. You are the friendly face of Collegian Movers and your demeanor impacts customer satisfaction daily.

• Managing a crew of team members.
• Proactively communicating with the client and team members.
• Providing move‑day satisfaction.
• Assisting families moving into and out of their homes.
• Moving personal belongings and furniture and transporting them to their new location.

• A driver’s license and a good driving record are required to be a DRIVER.
• Drivers must be 21 or older to be covered under our Commercial Insurance Policy.
• Flexible hours. Full or Part‑Time hours.
• Overtime is paid at 1.5x for any hours over 40 hours per week.
• Able to move furniture and lift at least 75 lbs.
• Ability to climb stairs daily.
• Must pass a drug test.
• Willing to participate in pre‑employment background screening.
• Become DOT certified.

Drivers start at $14–$16 per hour, depending on experience, plus tips ($20 to $150 per day) and bonuses.
