This role offers immediate opportunities for entry level company truck drivers and driver trainers. Drivers may qualify as trainers after three months or more of service.

• Pay: 0.40 to 0.48 per mile, with potential to increase to 0.53 per mile within the first year.
• High rates: recent graduates can earn up to 80,000 in the first year, experienced drivers can earn up to 100,000 per year.
• Flatbed or 100% no‑touch dry van freight with 60‑80% drop and hook.
• Driver referral bonuses: 1,000 unlimited.
• Team incentives: up to 3,400 per week per team.
