• Sahadaki 3PL and FL courier operations will be responsible,
• Coordinating with central teams to follow courier retention and compliance processes,
• Performing field courier controls,
• Organizing courier working hours according to regional needs,
• Providing support in finding couriers in regions according to courier needs,
• Following the onboarding processes of couriers working in the region,
• Following and controlling courier equipment and inventory processes,
• Periodically following regional performance metrics and taking action when necessary.

• Graduates from university undergraduate programs,
• Experienced in logistics field operations,
• Preferably with courier operation experience,
• Able to use Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel),
• Able to plan and follow up on work,
• High communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills,
• B class driver's license holder, preferably with SRC and Psycho technical documents,
• Able to adapt to flexible working hours and a busy work pace.
