Schedule: Regular Part-Time, up to 32 hrs/week
Benefits: Position eligible for prorated benefits
Salary: Starting rate PSL: $20.00/h;
Position range PSL: $20.00-$21.75/h;
Starting rate CDL: $21.50/h;
Position range CDL: $21.50-$23.25/h
This position will be responsible for transporting Seniors to and from Thrive 55+, for a variety of activities. Experience in public transportation with good driving and safety record is required. Must be willing and available to work a varied and flexible work schedule. Knowledge of local area and an ability to work with a range of groups, including 55+, and people of all abilities, is desired.
Individual must remain compliant and abide by current state and federal licensure requirements. Must have customer service skills and be able to lift up to 20 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds, as well as bend, squat, push, pull, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Experience in public transportation with a good driving and safety record.
Willingness and availability for a varied and flexible schedule.
Knowledge of local area and ability to work with diverse groups, including seniors and people of all abilities.
Compliance with state and federal licensure requirements.
Customer service skills and physical capability to lift up to 20 pounds, occasionally up to 100 pounds, and perform various physical tasks.
Certifications / LicensesValid Motor Vehicle Operator's License, either a CDL Class B with P endorsement or a Class D with F endorsement is required; an A endorsement is preferred.
