Warehouse Returns Associate

Core-Mark is seeking a Warehouse Returns Associate to support our wholesale distribution operations. In this role, you will receive, inspect, and process returned merchandise, verifying quantities, condition, and documentation against invoices and system records. You'll sort, label, and stage products for restocking, repack, or disposal while maintaining accurate inventory updates in warehouse systems. The position requires operating pallet jacks or forklifts, following safety and quality standards, collaborating with inventory and shipping teams, and helping keep a clean, organized returns area in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect returned merchandise for damage, quantity, and accuracy
• Verify returns against invoices, packing slips, and system records
• Sort, label, and stage returned items for restock, repack, credit, or disposal
• Update inventory systems and return records accurately and on time
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, or other warehouse equipment safely
• Collaborate with inventory control, shipping, and customer service teams
• Follow warehouse safety, quality, and housekeeping standards
• Identify and report discrepancies, damages, and recurring return issues
