Warehouse Coordinator

WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR JOB SUMMARY

Ensure all equipment is stocked and delivered to its required designation and to ensure coordination between office and field personnel to maintain organization within the warehouse

• Assist manager with daily tasks
• Load and unload trucks
• Control the inventory
• Keep warehouse clean accessible and organized
• Manage tool and supply requisitions
• Ensure excellent communication and customer service between departments and other support functions as needed
• Responsible for company delivery and vehicle forklift operation
• Deliver parts and equipment to job sites move equipment between job sites and haul off demolition equipment and trash
• Complete warehouse safety audits per Fujitec safety standards

High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

Minimum 1 year in related

Certifications

Forklift Operation

Requires a valid drivers license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report

When the employee has cause to visit a work site the employee is regularly exposed to wet andor humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; high precarious places and outdoor weather conditions The noise in the work environment is often loud Requires a consistent physical presence at the branch office to oversee shared services functions and employees normally achieved by working standard business hours Certain positions will require a flexibility of working hours to meet the demands of the job and the direction of the manager Working hours are required to be from 600AM to 230PM The work environments are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions
