Job OverviewSenior Application Performance Architect with strong .NET and core banking expertise. Focuses on improving system performance, reliability, and aligning technology with business goals. Requires deep experience in digital banking modules like ACH, wire transfer, bill pay, and online banking.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and optimize application performance
- Perform root cause analysis (hardware, software, databases)
- Design performance tracking and monitoring systems
- Define system requirements based on business needs
- Lead platform strategy and improvements
- Prevent reliability and capacity issues
- Collaborate with business, IT, and leadership teams
- Manage vendors and guide technical teams
- Ensure risk and regulatory compliance
Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years in enterprise application support
- Strong core banking experience (mandatory)
- Application performance tuning and optimization
- Root cause analysis expertise
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills
- Experience with digital banking & payment systems
