Advanced Services Technician

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our growing team as an Advanced Services Technician. The work hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Medium-level experience managing (Administration of - not just using):

• MSP tools, such as Remote Management & Monitoring (RMM), ticketing system, backup software, etc.
• Microsoft 365 Administration experience, including Entra and Intune.

Basic administration experience with managing:

• Server technology - Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, etc.
• Microsoft Azure or similar Cloud technologies
• Security software, such as Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), web filtering, Managed Detection & Response, etc.
• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) platforms

Familiarity of:

• Email security platforms.
• External DNS providers.
• Remote access software.
