Advanced Services Technician

Overview

Ford Office Technologies is seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Advanced Services Technician. Work hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

• Provide advanced IT services by administering and managing MSP tools (remote management & monitoring, ticketing systems, backup software, etc.).
• Microsoft 365 Administration experience, including Entra and Intune.
• Basic administration of server technology (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure or similar cloud technologies.
• Security software administration (EDR, web filtering, Managed Detection & Response, etc.).
• Manage Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) platforms.
• Familiarity with email security platforms, external DNS providers, and remote access software.
• Demonstrate initiative and ownership of tasks with the ability to work under tight deadlines.

• Self-starter with the initiative to take ownership of tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Solid troubleshooting skills and effective communication.
• Proven track record of efficient, timely work under deadlines.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to sustain high productivity.
• Ability to follow directions with minimal daily supervision.
