** What You’ll Be Doing
*** Operate drilling equipment safely and efficiently for underground aggregate production.
* Monitor drilling conditions and make adjustments to optimize performance.
* Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance to ensure reliability.
* Follow all site safety protocols, hazard controls, and operational procedures.
* Communicate and coordinate with team members to meet production goals.
** What We Are Looking For
*** Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy or specialized equipment.
* Strong awareness of underground safety practices and hazard recognition.
* Capability to follow technical procedures and adapt to changing conditions.
* Effective communication and teamwork skills.
* Capacity to perform physically active tasks in demanding environments.
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
** What We Offer*** $28.76 per hour plus an additional $0.50/hr underground rate
