** What You'll Be Doing
*** Supervise daily underground mining operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production
* Coordinate workforce activities, equipment usage, and material flow to meet output targets
* Enforce safety standards, conduct inspections, and drive a strong safety culture
* Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
* Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and leadership teams to optimize operations###
** What Are We Looking For
*** Blasters and Mine Foreman Licenses required
* Demonstrated ability to lead teams in an underground mining, heavy industrial environment
* Strong knowledge of mining operations, safety regulations, and risk management practices
* Proven capability to make sound decisions in fast-paced, high-impact situations
* Ability to communicate effectively and build collaborative working relationships
* Skilled in planning, problem-solving, and driving operational efficiency###
** Work Environment
** This role is based in an underground aggregate mining operation and involves regular exposure to varying temperatures, dust, noise, and confined spaces. The position requires hands-on leadership presence in the field and the ability to work 10 to 12 hour shifts mostly days but may flex as needed to support operations.###
