Plant Helper - 2nd Shift

** What You'll Be Doing*
* + Support plant operations by assisting with production, cleanup, and general labor tasks

+ Operate or assist with equipment in a safe and efficient manner

+ Follow established procedures to ensure product quality and operational reliability

+ Maintain clean and organized work areas to support a safe workplace

+ Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals

** What We Are Looking For*
* + Ability to work safely and follow established safety practices

+ Capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods

+ Willingness to learn equipment operation and plant processes

+ Strong teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving skills

+ Reliability, adaptability, and a positive approach to daily tasks

** Conditions of Employment*
* + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

** Work Environment*
* + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level

** What We Offer*
* + $26.70 per hour plus an additional $0.50/hr 2nd shift rate

+ $2,000 Sign-On Bonus paid out in two installments (6 months and 1 year)
