** What You'll Be Doing
*** Support plant operations by assisting with production, cleanup, and general labor tasks
* Operate or assist with equipment in a safe and efficient manner
* Follow established procedures to ensure product quality and operational reliability
* Maintain clean and organized work areas to support a safe workplace
* Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
** What We Are Looking For
*** Ability to work safely and follow established safety practices
* Capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods
* Willingness to learn equipment operation and plant processes
* Strong teamwork, communication, and problem‐solving skills
* Reliability, adaptability, and a positive approach to daily tasks
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
** What We Offer*** $26.70 per hour plus an additional $0.50/hr 2nd shift rate* $2,000 Sign-On Bonus paid out in two installments (6 months and 1 year)
