• Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
• Manage the seating chart and waitlist to ensure efficient guest flow
• Accurately handle guest payments using our point-of-sale system — including cash, credit, and gift card transactions
• Make correct change, count money, and follow cash-handling procedures with attention to detail
• Answer phone calls, take to-go orders, and assist guests with questions
• Keep the host/cashier area neat, organized, and well-stocked
• Work with team members to ensure seamless service during busy hours
• Support fellow staff with tasks as needed — we’re all in this together!

• Strong and accurate cash-handling skills — comfort with counting money, giving change, and using a register is essential
• Friendly and professional demeanor with great communication skills
• Dependability and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• A positive attitude and team spirit
• No prior experience required — we’ll train you!

Must be able to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended periods. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and have the dexterity to operate a cash register and other POS tools. This position requires attention to detail, especially when handling cash and credit transactions.
