** What You'll Be Doing
*** Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on mobile equipment including loaders, haul trucks, and support vehicles
* Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues to ensure safe and efficient operations
* Conduct inspections and maintain accurate service records to support compliance and reliability
* Respond to equipment breakdowns in the field and execute timely repairs
* Collaborate with plant operations to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime
** What Are We Looking For
*** Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair heavy mobile equipment systems (mechanical, hydraulic, electrical)
* Strong commitment to safety practices and regulatory compliance
* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
* Basic computer skills for maintenance tracking and reporting systems
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
** What We Offer*** $31.34 per hour plus an additional $0.50 per hour underground differential* $2,000 Sign-On Bonus paid out in two installments (6 months and 1 year)
