Rural King - - Responsibilities:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, repair, and maintain small engines, tractors, diesel equipment, hydraulic systems, and outdoor power equipment;
Manage customer repair work orders from intake through completion, including documentation, parts ordering, repairs, and warranty claims;
Perform preventative maintenance and intermediate-level service;
Use diagnostic software, multimeters, service tools, manuals, and schematics to identify issues and complete repairs;
Complete warranty documentation and process claims
