Join our growing team as an Associate Software Developer.

Job Type: Full-time.

• Maintain, enhance, and deploy internal and client applications.
• Strong understanding of relational databases (SQL/SSMS).
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform including automation (Power Automate), dashboards/reporting (Power BI), and application development (Power Apps) or similar tools.
• Familiarity with APIs, data integrations (including SharePoint), and connecting multiple systems.
• High level of reliability, strong problem solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Interest in or exposure to AI-driven solutions or integrations is a plus.
• Preferred background: C#, Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular.

• Self-starter with the initiative to take ownership of tasks.
• Ability to write clean, well-documented code and support documentation.
• Excellent complex problem-solving skills.
• Solid troubleshooting abilities and effective communication skills.
• Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Proven track record of efficient, timely work under tight deadlines.
• Meticulous attention to detail and thorough editing skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in logical, linear thinking (if/then).
• Ability to sustain concentrated effort for high productivity and efficiency.
• Capable of accurately following directions and working with minimal daily supervision.
• Two or more years of coding experience.
