We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Anesthesiologist to join our growing team near Connersville, IN. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a group of 13 independent contractor physicians in a 221-bed Level 3 trauma center. The practice covers a wide range of anesthesia cases, including general anesthesia, OB, vascular surgery, cath lab, healthy pediatrics, occasional NORA, and basic nerve blocks.
No CRNA supervision is required, and post-call days are typically off, providing a balanced work-life schedule. The hybrid compensation model includes a daily base rate and a production component, offering high-income potential and income/vacation parity from day one.

- Call Schedule: Primary call is 1:11.

- Inpatient and outpatient surgery

- Autonomy: Independent contractor model (1099).
- No CRNA Supervision: Full autonomy in practice without CRNA oversight.
- Technology: Epic EMR for streamlined documentation.
- Additional Opportunities: ASA work with the potential for ownership in a Hospital Joint Venture Surgery Center.
