Compensation:

• Hourly wage starting at $24.00-$26.00 per hour

Available

Shifts:

• 6am-4pm (Tuesday-Saturday)

Position Summary:

This position will be responsible for the daily management of assigned warehouse personnel. The position will ensure the safe and efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials to produce quality receipt, storage and shipment of product.

Essential Functions &

Key Responsibilities:

• Will have the knowledge and training to operate all equipment in warehouse.
• As needed will be a substitute for all applicable positions including office roles.
• Will be a technical resource in SAP for warehouse matters (i.e., inventory, KPI’s, transportation).
• Assist in management of assigned warehouse team, in the absence of the warehouse supervisor.
• Assist in the scheduling of workload for the warehouse team in the absence of the warehouse supervisor.
• Ability to recap prior warehouse days activities and provide schedule for current days schedule.
• Participate in and support, for every employee, a safe work environment by following all facility safety and compliance policies and procedures.
• Participate and support, for every employee, and visitor; the adherence to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) policies and procedures.
• Ability to run a Tier 0 Meeting at the start of shift
• Other duties as assigned from site leader

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a warehouse environment.
• Required understanding of Safety procedures.
• Communication skills to provide information to site leadership
• Critical decision-making ability.
• Flexibility and adaptability and the ability to focus and pay attention to detail.

• Pushing pulling, twisting, climbing, stooping, kneeling
• Reaching, grasping, repetitive motions
• Current Novolex Forklift License
• Knowledge of SAP to conduct Office Functions
