This position drives organizational objectives for the assigned area by ensuring high‑quality products are safely manufactured, packaged, and shipped on time. You will be responsible for verifying that manufactured products meet customer specifications, enforcing manufacturing processes, completing quality checks, and inspecting products to meet customer expectations for any defects. The role requires specialized training and the ability to exercise sound judgment in non‑routine, complex situations.
What will make you successful?- 10 years of maintenance experience, preferably in an industrial setting. (required)
- 5 years of leadership experience managing, coaching, and evaluating direct reports. (required)
- Familiarity with PLCs, preferably Allen Bradley. (preferred)
- Understanding and experience with:
- Hydraulics
- Electrical
- Combustion systems
- Thermocouples
- Mechanical
- Welding
