Location:

Connersville, IN (Roots Blower – 900 W Mount St., Connersville, IN 47331 – Union Facility)

Shift: Off Shift – 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM or 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Responsible for packaging and loading parts, units, materials, and other miscellaneous items to support plant production operations. Collective Bargaining Agreement language applies to this position.

• Locate and transport finished parts, buy-outs, and materials to maintain, service, and support plant production operations.
• Transport finished/inventory into, out of, and within the operation, as necessary.
• Obtain pick lists and deliver materials to designated locations.
• Report labor transactions and material counts manually and/or electronically.
• Remove chips, shavings, and drums of oil/coolant from manufacturing areas and deliver to designated locations.
• Operate forklift trucks, hand carts, cranes with cab or pendant controls to load, unload, and transport materials.
• Determine proper rigging for crane lifts and/or assist where required by load and shape.
• Operate gas and battery‑powered equipment, hoists, or hand carts. Report equipment problems to supervision promptly.
• Perform incidental duties related to classification, as required.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Observe plant rules and safe working practices.

• Ability to multi‑task and prioritize effectively.
• Open to any shift, including holidays, weekends, and overtime.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Moderate computer literacy.
