Admin Assistant

Freight Breakers, LLC is currently searching for an Administrator for our Conover Office. FB is an established, and growing, warehouse/distribution service with approximately 1300 employees based in Conover, North Carolina and operating in States though-out the US. The ideal candidate has previous administrative experience in the warehouse industry.

• Assist with correspondence, record keeping, reports, files, appointments, and invoices to accomplish efficient and quality communications.
• Coordinate and complete various office tasks such as mailing, copying, faxing, data entry, and ordering of supplies for the department.
• Assist with on-boarding new hires, terminations, etc.
• Assist Operations with projects as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Use of various office equipment to include computers, calculators, copy/fax machines.
• Computer literate with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proficiency in English, arithmetic, and proper grammar.
• Must be able to uphold a high level of confidentiality.
• Efficient in organization of paperwork and preparation of forms/documents.
• Bilingual – read, write, speak Spanish & English fluently (preferred, not required)
• Valid driver s license
