As a Full‑Time Asphalt Paver Operator at J T Russell & Sons, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the paver to meet project specifications and production requirements. Reliable transportation to and from the Conover office is required.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• 3+ years asphalt paver operation experience is required with an emphasis on roads,highways,and bridges.
• Reliable transportation to and from the Conover Office;
  Commercial Driver License Preferred
