Construction Safety Supervisor

Our client, a leading global technology company specializing in cloud infrastructure and data centers, is seeking a Construction Safety Supervisor (Production Supervisor) to join their team. As a Construction Safety Supervisor, you will be part of the Data Center Operations & Construction Safety team supporting on-site project and facility management teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and effective communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $84.94 – $91.48/hr

• Conduct daily jobsite walks to monitor safety compliance and site conditions
• Perform safety audits and maintain weekly safety reports
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions to improve safety performance
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to resolve site issues
• Support overall production and facility operations while ensuring adherence to safety standards

• 10+ years of experience in construction safety, ideally in data center environments
• OSHA certification required
• Experience with safety auditing, reporting, and compliance processes
• Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office, Enablon, Bluebeam, or Primavera P6
• Strong communication, organization, and independent work skills
