Construction Safety Manager 4 | Charlotte, NC

Our client, a leading technology company in the data center construction industry, is seeking a Construction Safety Manager 4 to join their team. As a Construction Safety Manager 4, you will be part of the Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) team supporting construction project stakeholders, lease providers, general contractors, and site operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and extensive construction safety expertise that will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite)

Pay Range: $78.66 - $84.72/hour

• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of site Health & Safety planning, ensuring compliance with project safety standards.
• Support Lease Providers and General Contractors in identifying, planning, and managing High-Risk Activities (HRA).
• Track and assess safety KPIs, safety performance trends, and project-wide compliance across all construction phases.
• Participate in safety meetings, inspections, incident investigations, audits, and work planning coordination activities.
• Promote a positive safety culture through training, education, reporting, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior construction Health & Safety role.
• Proven experience in construction safety management, preferably within data center construction or operations environments.
• Strong knowledge of Federal, State, and Local safety regulations.
• OSHA 10 & 30 certifications, NFPA 70E training, and safety certification such as CSP or CHST preferred.
• Strong contractor coordination experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based applications.
