YMCA of Catawba Valley is seeking a Preschool Floater to provide flexible classroom support across multiple age groups. You will help maintain safe supervision, assist staff with daily routines, and adapt to different classrooms as needed to ensure smooth program operations.
Responsibilities include maintaining staff-to-child ratios, supporting transitions, and following YMCA and NC DCDEE guidelines. Requires 18+, high school diploma, and CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
