We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish/English Training Interpreter to support employee training and daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish and will provide real-time interpretation between English-speaking trainers, supervisors, and Spanish-speaking employees.

This position plays an important role in ensuring employees clearly understand their job responsibilities, work instructions, safety requirements, quality expectations, and workplace policies.

• Provide accurate verbal interpretation between English-speaking trainers, supervisors, and Spanish-speaking employees.
• Interpret instructions during hands-on training and daily operations.
• Translate job duties, procedures, work methods, and safety requirements.
• Observe trainers demonstrating job tasks and clearly communicate instructions to Spanish-speaking employees.
• Ensure employees understand operational, safety, quality, and production expectations.
• Assist employees in understanding workplace policies and procedures.
• Interpret conversations between employees and management when needed, including performance discussions, disciplinary matters, and other sensitive workplace communications.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling employee and workplace information.
• Communicate accurately and professionally while maintaining the intended meaning and tone of the original conversation.
• Follow all facility safety procedures and promote safe working techniques.

• Fluent in English and Spanish required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to accurately interpret technical, operational, and safety-related information.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive workplace matters.
• Strong understanding of safe working practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Professional, dependable, and able to work independently.

Candidates must be available to work the required overnight schedule.

Candidates must complete the required pre-employment screening.

Interviews are required as part of the selection process.
