Arhaus is seeking a Regional Physical Inventory Manager based at our North Carolina Distribution Center to oversee inventory across hubs, stores, and DCs. You will lead inventory events, enforce controls, and drive process improvements to reduce shrink while ensuring data integrity across the network.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in inventory management with leadership experience, strong ERP/WMS knowledge (SAP, Oracle, Manhattan, Net Suite), and travel up to 25% for site leadership.
