Department: Upholstery
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt - Hourly Pay
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 10-hour days (overtime may be required)
Overview of Responsibilities:
- Upholster high-end household furniture, including headboards, rails, and footboards.
- Apply leather or fabric to furniture frames using hand and powered tools.
- Fit, install, and secure material on wooden frames, ensuring proper alignment.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 5 years of upholstery experience.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic computer skills;
Lean Manufacturing experience is a plus. - Ability to work full-time, with flexibility for overtime.
- Must be able to stand for 10 hours and use tools consistently.
