Job Title: Surger / Manufacturing

Department: Sewing

Location: Plant # 5

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt - Production Pay

Schedule: M - Th 6:30 am - 4:00 pm & F 6:00 am - 11:00 am

We are continuing to grow and are currently hiring for multiple full-time positions offering consistent 40-45 hour workweeks, no Saturday schedules, and a comprehensive benefits package. Overview of Responsibilities

• Operate a standard Surge machine and duties as assigned
• Surger Sewer surges fabric parts before and after sewer
• Aligning parts/fabric to ensure proper assembly and quality levels
• Fixing own repairs while ensuring quality, efficiency, and production levels
• Maintaining a clean/neat workstation
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of Surger Sewing experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• LEAN Manufacturing experience a plus
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to deliver uncompromising quality and detailed craftsmanship
• Ability to work full-time
• Must be flexible to work overtime when required
• Able to stand for 8 hours
